Public Studio
Located in the heart of Hyde Park Village, Public Studio is a stylish, modern, gallery-style event space that reflects the unique amenities and atmosphere found in Tampa Bay. Public Studio is a 2,400 square foot multi-faceted space offering world-class amenities including a curated art gallery, white cyclorama wall, and projection mapping capabilities.

Additional Venue Information
FOOD + BEVERAGE MINIMUM
Based on your date selection, a food and beverage minimum may be required.

LINENS
Linens are not included, but can be provided by your planner, caterer or venue coordinator.

TABLE | CHAIR | FURNITURE RENTALS
Existing Public Studio furniture within your rented space is included. Rental pricing varies based on table, chair and furniture selections. Discuss options with venue coordinator or your planner. All inventory item counts and style are subject to change based on availability. Please confirm with your venue coordinator on what is available for your event date no more than 30 days out.

DEPOSITS | PAYMENTS | GUEST COUNT
A deposit equal to 30% of the total contract estimate or a minimum of $1,000, whichever is greater, to lock in your date.
90 Days from your event a payment of 50% of the total contract balance is due.
14 days from your event, a final guest count and final payment is due.

SET UP +TEARDOWN | LOAD IN + LOAD OUT
Defined in timeline. If available, additional set up / strike time may be purchased at a rate of $200 per hour. We have a rear entry for vendors with loading bays and a freight elevator with direct access to our space. All load in/out must be coordinated with Public Studio in advance.

PARKING
Parking is not exclusive to Public Studio, but for all of Hyde Park Village. Guests are welcome to use any parking, including the street parking, metered parking and parking garages (one which is directly adjacent to HH). We of course also recommend the use of Uber / Lyft services.

CLEANING FEES | SERVICE CHARGE
A cleaning fee of $300 will be added.
A 22% taxable service charge will apply to all invoiced items, excluding room rental.
