2nd Floor

Daytime coffee and tea lounge, nighttime event space. Our 2nd floor offers versatile dining and cocktail party options, plus shelter from unexpected weather. Repurpose furniture for unique event setups. After dinner, the entrance becomes a stunning dance floor with classic black and white checkered floors and a grand chandelier.

4th Floor

Our 4th Floor Lounge + Rooftop Terrace reigns as our top event venue. With upper and lower lawns, an interior social area featuring a stylish built-in bar, and outdoor furnishings, it's ideal for birthdays, showers, corporate cocktails, and any memorable celebration you have in mind!

5th Floor

Ascend to the 5th floor for an elegant dining experience accommodating up to 80 guests. The distinctive suspended tables offer a remarkable dining setting. For a breath of fresh air and sweeping 360-degree views of downtown Saint Petersburg, step onto the private balcony.

Additional Venue Information

FOOD + BEVERAGE MINIMUM

Based on your date selection, a food and beverage minimum may be required.

FURNITURE AND LINEN RENTALS

All furniture associated with the floor you are renting is included.  If clearing/moving of furniture is required, a minimum fee of $200 per floor will be added. Furniture/chairs can not be moved from one floor to another. If additional tables or chairs are required Station House can assist in ordering rentals for your event. Rentals such as banquet dining tables are not included and would be rented with a third party company through the caterer, client, planner or events staff. Arrangements need to be made with caterer or rental company for set up of rental tables according to the set up times for each space. All inventory item counts and style are subject to change based on availability. Please confirm with your venue coordinator on what is available for your event date no more than 30 days out.

DEPOSITS | PAYMENTS | GUEST COUNT GUARANTEES

A deposit equal to 30% of the total contract estimate or a minimum of $1,000, whichever is greater, to lock in your date.

90 Days from your event a payment of 50% of the total contract estimate is due. 
14 days out, a final guest count and final payment is due.

SET UP +TEARDOWN | LOAD IN + LOAD OUT

Weekday events may begin set up no earlier than 5pm. For weekend events, your load in / load out time will be indicated in your contract. If available, additional set up / strike time may be purchased for the 2nd floor at a rate of $200 per hour. All vendor arrival times must be coordinated with Hyde House in advance. Vendors are not allowed to leave their vehicle in the loading bay. Once your event items have been unloaded all vendors must move their vehicle to a public parking area.

NOISE ORDINANCE

Per the City of St. Petersburg, all outdoor music must be off by 10PM on weeknights and 11PM on Friday/Saturday.

PARKING

There is limited and metered parking available at hourly rates. The two closest parking garages are the 717 McNulty Parking Garage and the SouthCore Parking Garage. Valet parking is not readily available due to our location. Valet can be hired through an offsite company but would require negotiating permits with the City of Saint Petersburg. We, of course, also recommend the use of Uber / Lyft services.

CLEANING FEES | SERVICE CHARGE

A cleaning fee will be added based on the event spaces selected.
A 22% taxable service charge will apply to all invoiced items, excluding room rental.
