Created by Gianco Companies exclusively for Armature Works, Hyde House Heights is a curated, gallery-style workspace offering a dynamic mix of co-working, private offices, and event spaces. Located in the heart of Tampa Heights, Hyde House Heights reflects the unique amenities and atmosphere found in Tampa Bay with a direct view of the Hillsborough River.

FOOD + BEVERAGE MINIMUM
Based on your date selection, a food and beverage minimum may be required.
FURNITURE | LINENS | RENTALS
Existing Hyde House Heights furniture within your rented space is included. Existing furniture is subject to change based on availability. Please check with your venue coordinator for an updated inventory at least 14 days before your event. If furniture removal is required a minimum fee of $200 will be added. Rental pricing varies based on table, chair and furniture selections. discuss options with the event manager or planner.
DEPOSITS | PAYMENTS | GUEST COUNT GUARANTEES
A deposit equal to 30% of the total contract estimate or a minimum of $1,000, whichever is greater, to lock in your date.
90 Days from your event a payment of 50% of the total contract estimate is due.
14 days out, a final guest count and final payment is due.
SET UP +TEARDOWN | LOAD IN + LOAD OUT
Your load in/load out time will be indicated in your contract. Weekday events may begin set up no earlier than 5pm. If available, additional time for set up may be purchased at a rate of $100 per hour. We have a rear entry for vendors and a loading bay with direct access to our space. All load in/out must be coordinated with Hyde House Heights in advance.
Parking is not exclusive to Hyde House Heights, but for all of Armature Works. Guests are welcome to use any paid parking, including the street parking and lot parking. We of course also recommend the use of Uber/Lyft services.
CLEANING FEES | SERVICE CHARGE
A cleaning fee of $250 will be added.
A 22% taxable service charge will apply to all invoiced items, excluding room rental.
