Second Floor Terrace

FOOD + BEVERAGE
All food is to be arranged with one of our exclusive catering partners. All beverages (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are to be provided or arranged by Seam Hospitality. You are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverage.
DEPOSITS | PAYMENTS | GUEST COUNT GUARANTEES
A 30% deposit and signed contract are due to secure your event date.
To be eligible to host an event at The Tampa Museum of Art, you must become an Art+ Member at the $500 partner level, paid directly to the museum.
An additional catering deposit is due once you have selected your caterer.
90 Days from your event date a payment of 50% of the total contract balance is due.
14 Days from your event date your final guest count and final payment is due.
In order to be eligible for a private event, you must become an Art+ Member at the $500 partner level. Membership dues are paid directly to the museum and not included in the room rental fee. Partner Art+ Membership includes: Member perks for 2 adults and their children ages 17 and under, FREE admission to 1000+ cultural institutions and museums across the continent through NARM, Dual membership to give as a gift, 20% discount on TMA Studio art classes and summer art camp. Self-parking is available in the Poe Parking Garage or surrounding street parking. Valet services are available by 717 Parking which is the exclusive provider of valet parking and may be added to your wedding contract at your expense.
MINIMUMS | CLEANING FEES | SERVICE CHARGE
Based on your date selection, a food and beverage minimum will be added to your contract. Your bar package pricing plus your catering invoice will all apply toward reaching your food and beverage minimum. A 23% service charge and 7.5% sales tax will apply to all invoiced items. A cleaning fee will be added based on the event spaces selected.
