Hyde House Public Studio offers a range of world-class amenities, featuring a covered veranda, social space, auditorium, test kitchen, and lobby. Crafted exclusively for Hyde Park Village by Station House, our studio is a curated, gallery-style workspace offering co-working, private offices, and event spaces. Located in the heart of the village in the newly constructed H Building, it embodies the unique Tampa Bay charm. Elevate your private events with us and create lasting memories.
Lobby
Ascend to our versatile Lobby, setting the tone for your event. This space can be a welcoming cocktail area or cozy seating spot. The front desk transforms into a satellite bar, welcome cocktail station, guest book, or gift table.

Veranda

Our grand 360-degree bar takes center stage in this expansive open space, uniting the entire venue. It's not your average blank slate ballroom; it's a captivating blend of industrial elements and cutting-edge design. Adjacent to the Gucci booths, the Gallery space transforms into an exciting dance floor.

Auditorium
Discover our unique Black Box Auditorium with tiered wood seating, perfect for intimate ceremonies. The theater-style custom doors provide both privacy and a stunning backdrop. Open the doors to seamlessly flow into the Social Space or repurpose the auditorium for food setup or a DJ-exclusive dance floor.

Additional Venue Information
FOOD + BEVERAGE MINIMUM
Based on your date selection, a food and beverage minimum may be required.
FURNITURE AND LINEN RENTALS
Linens are not included, but can be provided by event planner, caterer or Hyde House. Existing Hyde House furniture within your rented space is included. If furniture removal is required a minimum fee of $200 will be added. Rental pricing varies based on table, chair and furniture selections. Discuss options with Venue Coordinator or Planner.
DEPOSITS | PAYMENTS | GUEST COUNT GUARANTEES
A deposit equal to 30% of the total contract estimate or a minimum of $1,000, whichever is greater, to lock in your date.
90 Days from your event a payment of 50% of the total contract estimate is due.
14 days out, a final guest count and final payment is due.
SET UP +TEARDOWN | LOAD IN + LOAD OUT
Weekday events may begin set up no earlier than 5pm. For weekend events, your load in / load out time will be indicated in your contract. If available, additional time for set up may be purchased. Our rear entrance, freight elevator and loading bay must be used by all vendors for loading in and out. All vendor arrival times must be coordinated with Hyde House in advance. Vendors are not allowed to leave their vehicle in the loading bay. Once your event items have been unloaded all vendors must move their vehicle to a public parking area.
PARKING
Parking is not exclusive to Hyde House, but for all of Hyde Park Village. Guests are welcome to use any parking, including the street parking, metered parking and parking garages (one which is directly adjacent to HH). We of course also recommend the use of Uber / Lyft services.
CLEANING FEES | SERVICE CHARGE
A cleaning fee will be added based on the event spaces selected.
A 22% taxable service charge will apply to all invoiced items, excluding room rental.
